Returns Policy for Sanchez Hawkins Fine Jewelers
Returned items must still be in new condition without any indication that it was worn, and it must be sellable. The refund is given after the item is inspected upon return.
- We offer a 15 day full refund on jewelry unworn/undamaged/unaltered.
- 16 to 30 days after the sale a store credit can be issued. A minimum 25% of selling price MAY be charged back on returns of jewelry altered or damaged.
- You will need a Return Authorization from us for the return
- Item must be shipped back to us via FedEx and fully insured.
- Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping, handling, and insurance fees.
- Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
- Returns are Inspected and Processed within 7 Business Days
- There is a restocking fee of 10%.
- Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation.
- Custom made items may not be returned.
Custom Jewelry Policy/Refund Policy
- 50% down payment is required.
- If the job is asked to be expedited--there will be no refund, as our costs start immediately.
- There is no refund allowed after the job is completed.
- Custom is specific and NOT easily sellable to anyone else. Upon completion, buyer is responsible for payment in full unless another agreement is worked out. We always try to be accommodating and understanding.
